Richard has over 20 years experience in commercial property undertaking a range of agency and advisory work for many global corporate occupiers, investors and property companies including Goldman Sachs, Morley Fund Management, BAA, Prudential and Aviva. Richard co-founded APM Property Consultants with Avanta Managed Offices Limited (AMOL) in January 2010 to address a gap in the marketplace between the nature of supply and the demand for office space.
APM is supported by AMOL with a full time sales team of 6 people handling several hundred occupier enquiries per week, booking viewings and monitoring progress with requirements. A marketing team promotes APM using the latest on-line techniques to drive traffic and occupier enquiries searching for office space wherever APM is marketing property.
The provision of turn-key managed office lettings is facilitated by in house departments at AMOL covering procurement, project management, building & facilities management and data/telecoms solutions which combines to create a comprehensive and formidable team capable of turning a complex property deal into a smoothly run transaction delivered to the highest professional standard.
